TMS Building Company Inc. completely transformed The Lake House, enhancing its layout, functionality, and year-round comfort while preserving key elements of its original charm. The team added a full addition to the entire left side of the home, along with a new office positioned at the back for private, flexible use. A four-season conditioned space was also incorporated, creating a comfortable environment in every month of the year.

Inside, the entire first floor was renovated, including a fully updated kitchen designed for modern living. While the fireplace, living room, and original doorways were intentionally left untouched to maintain the home’s character, the rest of the house received a full renovation. This included a refreshed primary bathroom featuring a warm, natural oak vanity as its centerpiece.
